How to Successfully Launch a Product on Amazon in 2024

Hey in this video I'm going to show you how to
launch a new product in a competitive market   in 2024. So let's start. So first of all social
proof, this product is a new launch and we can see   how we manage from the end of August to get this
product to more than 150 sales. Now obviously the   spend is still high and we're going to get into
this when we're going to reduce the spend but at   the beginning the goal is to rank the product and
the goal is to gain momentum. So I created a guide   of how to launch a product and if you want this
guide just send me a message below and I will make   sure to send it to you. So first thing I already
mentioned it in my previous video but in order for   your PPC to work you need to have a good product
and a good listing. With not good product and bad   listing you can spend how much money you want your
PPC just won't work so it's important for me to   mention. Now when we are launching a new product
there are some advantages and disadvantages that   we can have.

So Advantage number one best price.
What do I mean when you're launching a new product   you can determine your price and I highly suggest
to start with a competitive price because people   don't know your product you don't have any reviews
the thing that you can control is your price. The   reason you need to have the most competitive
price is to start gaining reviews fast and also   help Amazon to improve your organic rank. Second
thing already mentioned high quality product you   have to have high quality product in a competitive
Niche. Third thing that sometimes people forget   but you can actually put your new product in
the Vine Program in order to get faster reviews,   so highly suggest doing it. Now our disadvantages
of a new launch limited social proof. We don't   have any reviews and we know that when people
searching in Amazon they usually check three   things, main image, price and reviews and we
don't have still reviews but we're going to   work on that.

Another thing that people sometimes
tend to forget is the limited PPC data when we're   launching a new product we don't have any PPC data
this is why sometimes it's easier to relaunch a   product that is already here in the market because
it's I can see the data I can see what match types   I'm working what keyword I'm working and it's a
bit easier so we don't have any PPC data. Second   thing that is super important for us to do is to
have clear PPC goals. What do I mean, we need to   understand how much we are willing to spend and
it's important here to mention don't check your   TACoS or ACoS. Determine how much you're willing
to spend daily because when you're launching new   product there's highly percentage that you're
going to lose money in the first period. Second   the goal is to get reviews, three is to improve
organic rank. The goals in PPC is to either   improve organic rank, either improve profits and
we are not focusing in profit when we launch. If   we will focus on profit we will lose the momentum
and as you can see here again we gain some   momentum.

Now the juicy part step by step launch
process when you already have one to three reviews   only then I recommend you to start creating the
campaigns because either either way if you won't   do it your CVR, CTR will be super low and it
will be more expensive. And also you need to   remember and that you have your stock constraint
so you need to calculate how much you can sell a   day so you won't sell too much because getting out
of stock will basically mean that we need to start   again from the beginning. Diving in into the ad
console so this is product we launched in the end   of August and we checked the keyword and we saw
that there's three main keyword for this product   so we created a single campaign exact high top
of search with one keyword on this product. Why   it's important, many times if you will start with
low bid you won't get any traction because it's a   new product so it's important that when you're
creating a campaign you have high bid and you   have high top of search if you w have high top of
search you might get clicks on the product page   and product page not helping us to improve organic
rank.

So I suggest starting with high bid, higg   TOS and just have small budget we can start with
$5 $10 $20 but make sure you have the high bit so   you can start getting clicks from day one. So we
can see here we started we put top of search 200%   again we not getting any clicks on product pages
we don't need them now we want only top of search   we want only have sales that help us organic
ranking we can see the the ACoS is quite high but   it's a new product we don't have the social proof
you can see it's a single keyword now we already   reduced a bit because we at a different stage
but we you start with high bid and as I showed   you the placement you start with high placement.
Now I suggest to adjust the bids daily what do I   mean by that every day check if you're getting
clicks and sales if you're not getting clicks   just improve the bid if you're getting clicks on
product page increase the top of search and daily   or every other day improve your increase your
budget because when you already getting clicks   and you're already getting sales you want to
slowly increase the budget to make sure you are in   your limit amount of sales so you won't get up of
stock but also you still getting sales and you're   improving your organic ranking.

So you're checking
your organic ranking daily. Now after you see that   you already one to three, sometimes five keywords
depend how much you're willing to spend already   getting some momentum I highly suggest every week
adding more and more keywords if it's important   keyword put it on one single campaign so you can
100% control all the clicks all the spend all the   bids. Now this is phase two so after you already
have some campaigns they are running you're   getting some reviews you spending and you're
improving your organic position then usually it   takes one month sometimes it take much less it can
be much more it depend on your product but after   you see that you already have a good organic
ranking I will say on the top 10 on your top   10 keyword you can start create broad and phrase
campaigns you can start do more testing so you can   start create like I said broaden phrase you can
start create exact with low volume search keyword   with 10 keywords you can start to create the video
campaigns the product targeting campaigns this I   will call it phase three this when you already
have the ranking you don't need to expect to get   to position one because you already don't have
the reviews but after you gain this momentum and   you see that you're getting sales you see
that you're starting to be profitable this   is a good time to start expand your strategy.
And if you like I said and if you have a good   product good listing you're doing the strategy
I strong strongly believe you will get from 0   sales to 100 sales or to your top position in the
market it's only matter of time so be patient.   I hope you like this video if you have any other
questions about launching campaigns or Amazon PPC   in general please send me a comment here in the
YouTube video or in LinkedIn.

Thank you so much.
